Handmade from a clear copper of 0.57mm ( .020") thickness. The same thickness is used in the construction of roofs. Tiles are very hard, strong, and durable. They are protected with best grade microcrystalline wax the same as used in the Renaissance Wax British Museum. Copper will age gradually and aesthetically over time. Delicate cloth, sensitive soap, and lukewarm water is best for cleaning. Certain foods (such as ketchup or mustard) and acids may cause changes to the color. Apply wax once a year, if you wish to slow down the ageing process. Copper tiles may be used outside for walls, outside kitchens, and vineyards.
